The Decaf Blend is Organic and Rainforest Alliance Certified, meaning no chemicals are used when washing the beans to extract the caffeine.

We source 100% arabica coffee beans from Mexico, where the Catimor varietal grows at a medium altitude of 900-1200 meters.

Decaf has improved so much in the past decades as coffee farmers have focused on the quality of the coffee plants and refining the caffeine extraction process. You’ll notice the difference with our superior coffee beans Decaf Blend – a delicious coffee without the caffeine. Once the decaf beans are delivered to our Brisbane warehouse, they undergo the same stringent roasting process that Merlo is famous for.
